Sausage & Noodle Casserole with Cheese

This is one of our favorite meals with sausage, onion, garlic and seasoned tomato soup mixed with noodles and 2 full cups of cheese then baked in the oven. This is a great recipe to make ahead then bake just before it’s time to eat.

This looks so delicious! A good one to have ready in advance and then quick to bake when you want it. 🙂
Yes especially if you don’t know exactly when your company is coming. Thank you Paul.
We all need a little easy this time of year!
Oh yes! I’m exhausted and with this blizzard they are predicting for Friday and Saturday I don’t know if my Saturday guests nwill even get here. Then more guests Sunday. I may have a lot of food left!
I know. We planned to have a relaxing and much needed dinner out at a local farm to table restaurant with an ensemble from the Vermont Symphony Orchestra tomorrow night, but I’m pretty sure it is going to be cancelled.
What a shame, that would have been so nice!
We’ve rescheduled for New Year’s Day.
Winter comfort food! Love it, but we are having a hard time finding noodles (or any other pasta) in the grocery store.
No way I guess you will have to make them! 🤣
Probably not – LOL. I’ll wait until they’re back on the shelves.
