Garden German Cucumber Salad

The cucumbers are ripe in our garden and we love to eat cucumbers made in different ways. You can make this recipe in about 10 minutes and serve it immediately. This creamy, crunchy and delicious recipe is a favorite in our house.

  2. My mom used to make this, especially when cukes were going at 10 for $1.00 … it seemed like we had cukes in some form every night for dinner. I am not too handy with a paring knife and take off too much “skin” (on the cucumber, not my fingers) so by the time I’m done paring the peel off, I could cube up the rest. You’re laughing.
