Baked Chicken Meatballs

Baked Chicken Meatballs are healthier than ground beef meatballs and just as delicious. Add them to your favorite dish, make a meatball sub, add a sauce or just eat them right out of the oven like we did.

Thank you Dorothy❤️
Thanks so much❤️
I love these and the process you’ve used to make them. Feels delicious indeed! 😋 ❤
Thank you so much❤️
Welcome verily, my friend ❤
Yummy! These baked chicken meatballs look really nice. Would be great with a good sause as well. 🙂
Definitely Paul, thank you so much❤️
They look heavenly!
Thank you!
I guess we read each other’s minds!
Great minds think alike? 🤣
Looks very good
Thank you so much❤️
I used to use ground turkey a lot, but since my husband started cooking it has fallen off the menu. I don’t recall their selling ground chicken back then (about 8 years ago). I’ll ask him to look around for it as he does most of the shopping too. I think the Parmesan would add so much flavor to the chicken.
I don’t usually like white meat but these were so delicious. I hope he can find it.❤️
We have never thought of doing this with chicken! I have once made chicken lasagne (the chicken just being chopped into cubes and not minced) and that was delicious … so next up, I’ll try these chicken meatballs!
They tasted amazing, enjoy!
Chicken meatballs are a favorite. They are particularly good in Swedish meatball sauce.
What a great idea, I put beef meatballs with it but never thought about the chicken. Thank you for always inspiring me Bernadette!❤️
These look amazing Diane. I can imagine how tasty they are looking at your ingredients. Frozen meatballs from the store are one of the few meat items that T will eat. I will have to try this.
I notice you use Amish grown meat for this. Do you notice a big difference compared to regular store bought meat?
Thank you they are very tasty. We actually buy this at the grocery store. I don’t buy ground chicken very often but when we do it is usually this kind so I really can’t answer your question Ab, sorry.
No worries. I guess that’s branding and marketing for you. I just assume the Amish brand tastes better!😆
Delicious and healthy … sounds like a win-win to me Diane!
Thank you Linda. Also, last surgery will be the week before Easter so looks like I will get out of cooking. Lol
You are a smart woman Diane. Go out for dinner or bring in Honey Baked Ham and “sides” … no mess and you can enjoy Easter while you recuperate. 🙂
