Looks delicious! I’m very sleepy right now so it took me a while to realize it’s couscous. I was wondering what a conscious pancake was. Haha.
In Asian culture, we have interesting savoury pancakes too, like Korean style pancake. Your post reminded me of these.
Time for bed. Night!

We are crazy about peppers (sorry 😉) and even more so about pancakes, so this will definitely be a winner in our house!

That looks good Diane and reminds me of salmon patties we used to have … I think I’d enjoy that. I’ve not had couscous before.

Thank you Linda, you’re right it does resemble salmon patties but definitely doesn’t taste like them. Lol

At first I had to re-read the title about 5 times; I never thought that couscous could be used to make pancakes!
I guess you learn something new everyday 😂

I’ll have to leave out the peppers if I do, I can’t stand peppers. In a spice I can handle them, but I just can’t bring myself to eat them. Would the pancake still hold together if I left them out?

I think they would, they are just added for flavor and color. I don’t like them either…lol

I didn’t taste them because I don’t like green pepper but my husband loved them!! It was a special treat for him. I don’t add green pepper to any recipes I am eating. Lol
