Cheesy Gnocchi With Italian Sausage
This one pan meal is absolutely fantastic and one of my favorite meals! If you have never tried Gnocchi, it is usually made from potatoes and it is a type of dumpling. Normally they are cooked in boiling water but with this recipe they are not. I made this with hot Italian sausage and it was amazing but you can also use mild sausage, whatever your prefer.

Delicious! We donโt have gnocchi often but itโs always great. And Italian sausage is a wonderful ingredient. I used it a lot for pasta.

I hope you are not tied to the kitchen all day and can a bit of a breather … but I know cooking for your family is what you love to do Diane. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

We celebrated on Christmas Eve with my daughter and Iโm exhausted. I only had 4 hours sleep the night before. Today my MIL is coming over but sheโs bringing food and we are eating leftovers. I donโt plan on doing much of anything today. Taking cookies to my parents today as they are still quarantining themselves.

That does sound exhausting, but you’ve been baking and cooking for this holiday for days, so I’m glad to hear you have a low-key day today. We got two inches of snow and it is snowing now and overnight … grr, those folks that wanted a White Christmas!!
