Christmas No Bake Cookies
No Bake Cookies are my sons favorite cookie, but then again, who doesn’t like chocolate, peanut butter and oats? This recipe was given to me by my son’s Grandma, bless her soul. I always make sure I make everyone’s favorite cookie at Christmas time. It took me quite a few times to figure out how to keep these delicious cookies thick and not flatten out. I am going to share that with you as these turn out great every time I make them. This is the 4th cookie recipe of about 15 that I will be posting.

Whoa! I’ll send a postage paid box. Fill it and send it back. These cookies will have a real short life span here. Just something special about Grandma’s cookies.
I agree and it took me a while to tweak them to be thick. The recipe is the same but my method is just a little different. I remember hers being so thin but just as good.
This cookie never goes out of style. These take me back to the sweet parts of my childhood. Thanks for sharing, Diane.
You’re welcome and so true. They also keep for a long time in the refrigerator. I make them ahead of time but have to disguise the container or they disappear. Lol
These look delicious!
Paul if you like chocolate and peanut butter you will love these. Thank you so much.
For sure, a great combination! 🙂
My husband will love these cookies. Thanks for posting.😊👣
You’re welcome Georgetta!!!
This has always been my favorite cookie, ever since childhood!! Yum!!
Have you tried the peanut butter no bake? I will be posting that soon too.
No, I have not tried that one, but it sounds yummy, as well! 😊

My kind of cookies
Me too, oh heck, any cookie is my kind of cookie…lol
Awesome cookies!!😍
Thank you! 🎄⛄️🎅🏻
My favorite cookie! I’ve been experimenting with a basic recipe over the years, trying out different kinds of nut butters. But my favorite addition is a hint of cinnamon. I enjoy your cookie recipes.
Ohhhh great idea Shelly, I love cinnamon!
I am definitely going to try making these for my hungry 19 year old son! They look great!
They are my sons favorite! Tomorrow I am posting the peanut butter no bakes. Thank you Jo!
Awesome, I will look them up!
You’re right – who doesn’t like peanut butter, chocolate and oats? I seem to remember these from my “fun food” years – these are “no bake” … hmm. I was excited ’til I learned you had to heat the ingredients. Maybe for next Christmas the laptop will be off the stove top?
I can’t wait until you retire and get that laptop off the stove! 😂
Me too because I’m afraid I’ve forgotten how to boil water! I just run the water at the tap to make instant coffee and my morning oatmeal – the water get hot enough to make regular Quaker old-fashioned oats oatmeal. I make up my oatmeal in advance in zip loc pouches (old-fashioned oats, granola, raisins, powdered milk, sunflower seeds) and just mix in water in the a.m. I make it up a week at a time. I should have bought a table for that Windows 10 laptop but I don’t have enough plugs in the house which is another problem.
That’s a great idea preparing a week in advance and so healthy!
Yes, I like doing that Diane, since I only add water anyway.
My eyes say ‘yes’, my scales say ‘no’. Which will win?
I think I know…lol
These look great! I try to make everyone’s favourites too, although I’m not baking much this year.
I thought about that too but then I decided to make up trays and drop them off since they can’t come to our house.
Everyone needs someone like you 🙂
You are SO kind Aspasia! Thank you! ❤️
Just calling it as I see it 🙂
