these are darling! what is the little green on top? a snip of parsley? can’t wait to make these
Thank you and yes, just a little parsley for color. A piece of mint leaf would work too but I stopped growing that when it took over my yard…lol
You probably need large strawberries to do this justice?
The larger they are the easier they are to scoop out the center and easier to fill but any would work. Heck if they were just for us and not entertaining and all I had were small ones I would cut them in half and just put the cream cheese mixture on top or dip them.
That thought had alteady occurred to me!
Very Pretty.
Thank you!
It looks pretty !! π
Thank you they were the perfect strawberries to stuff.
I just printed the recipe card and Iβm surprised at how quick they can be made up, they look like so much effort was put into them. I canβt wait to make these at the next family gathering!
Yes you can fool everyone and wait until you taste them!

Thank you β€οΈ
I love strawberries! But mine are quite small at the moment, I suppose they need to be reasonably big for this right?
Dip them instead!!! Same great taste and easier too. β€οΈ

Thanks Mitzy! Do you grow strawberries?
No. We pick them locally. They are late this year due to our cool spring.
I never gave that a thought. Mine are flowering but usually I pick them early June. They may be a week behind too.
Brilliant idea – strawberris are so beautiful and delicious π amitiΓ©s et bises

Hahahaha just don’t tell anyone you are making them!
Have you seen the articles about larva crawling out of strawberries when soaked in salt water?
I have always loved strawberries, but it’s going to be a while before I can eat them without thinking about that stuff.
Yes I saw that but I just rinse mine well with water. I am still alive after many decade of eating them this way. I remember going to pick strawberries in the fields with my mom. I ate more than I picked and never even rinsed them. lol
I hear you!! I remember those days too up in Michigan.
They’d be a hit anywhere Diane – no wonder they disappeared so fast.
I know right! Who doesn’t love strawberries!
Truly scrumptious!! Love this!
