  1. I’ve made something extremely similar (maybe exactly the same, actually) several times over the years. It is FABULOUS! Thank you for reminding me of it!

  2. This looks delicious! I’m always looking for crockpot recipes. I’ll be trying this on Sunday; serve it over buttered egg noodles! Thanks for sharing!

  3. That looks so good Diane – I know I am going to get a slow cooker when I have more time for food prep – I could sit down and police off a big helping right now.

    • You could buy one, cut it in half and freeze the other half to make later then cut the recipe in half! Or…….LEFTOVERS! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

      • I do intend to do a few things more than I do now – it is a little pitiful that I don’t spend more time in meal prep. I did used to make meals for the entire week before I started blogging – it seemed between the walking, blogging – no time. But that’s a bad excuse I know.

  4. I’ve made this before, Diane, but without the onion soup mix. My mouth is watering! That sounds like a very nice addition to the recipe. I’ll try it!
