Garlic Pizza Wedges

Pizza crust topped with Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano then baked in the oven for a fabulous hors d’oeuvre or side dish with any meal.

Ingredients

Place the pizza crust onto a

ungreased 14” pizza pan.

In a small bowl add the mayonnaise,

Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic and oregano.

(I left the onion out)

Stir until completely combined.

Let sit for five minutes.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture

evenly over the pizza crust.

Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven

for 8 – 10 minutes or until the edges start

to brown. Cut into triangles and serve.

 

Garlic Pizza Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 prebaked 12″ pizza crust
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 1/2 tsp minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza crust onto a 14″ pizza pan.
  3. In a small bowl combine the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the pizza crust.
  5. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
  6. Cut into triangles and serve.
