Cobb Salad
This Cobb Salad is full of bacon, chicken, eggs and vegetables then tossed with a homemade salad dressing that pairs perfectly with the Romaine lettuce. This made a fabulous meal.

Salad Ingredients
In a small bowl whisk together the
Salad Dressing Ingredients, set aside.
Place the lettuce into a large bowl.
Pour 2/3rds of the salad dressing over
the lettuce and toss to combine.
Place the lettuce onto a large platter.
Place the rest of the salad ingredients
on top of the lettuce in rows.
Sprinkle the top with the cheese.
Pour the rest of the salad dressing
evenly over the top and serve.

Ingredients
SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
SALAD INGREDINETS
- 2 Romaine hearts (rinsed, patted dry and sliced into bite size pieces)
- 4 hard boiled eggs (cold, peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked & chopped bacon
- 1 large cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 yellow or green pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 avocado (I didn’t use it)
Directions
SALAD DRESSING DIRECTIONS

Your food looks amazing! My thought would be to break up your ingredients from the directions. List the ingredients first so we know what ingredients to get ready and then do step by step directions. Good luck!
