Buffalo Wing Sauce
This Buffalo Wing Sauce is as good as any I have ever tasted from a restaurant or from the grocery store. It is so simple to make and it only takes about a minute to cook. There are six ingredients in this sauce and it’s everything I always have in my kitchen.

I live in the Buffalo area…this seems like how we do it. You definitely need Frank’s.
I read that Buffalo Wings got the name because a bar owner in Buffalo, NY discovered them and a sauce so he called them Buffalo Wings.
Probably, but I can say I’ve had wings from there and there are other places that make way better wings!
Who doesn’t love a good buffalo wing? Thank you for sharing it’s been a while since I’ve seen a wing recipe!
You’re welcome!
No Franks hot sauce but Sir Kevins hot sauce is so hot no one but me can eat it. so drop on that recipe will do the trick without pain. I but my hot sauce in breakfast baked beans on toast ,lovely stuff.Ginger and chili manly stuff.Scotch Bonnets I cant live without. Cheese and anything goes well as condiment but not all see it as I do. Indian food British style I adore.
Hahaha so do you make everyone else a milder version? Great way to have it all to yourself…lol

Thank you! I’ve been obsessed with buffalo cauliflower bites lately:)
Oh my goodness that sounds amazing! Do you cook them or eat the cauliflower raw?
I batter it in rice flour and bake it and then toss it with the buffalo sauce
I have never used rice flour. May have to give it a try!
Oh I like rice flour for cooking as it’s light and doesn’t have much taste
I enjoy hot wings. Thanks for sharing.

My husband found this one and made it for himself while I took my client out to eat. He couldn’t stop talking about it so I pouted and said it would sure be nice to have on my blog….hahahaha It worked and he bought more wings and made them for us for supper. Yes I’m spoiled. Thanks Valerie!

You are a trooper Diane, slaving over a hot oven, in this horrible heat wave, and making wings. (They do look delicious BTW.)
I keep my A/C at 68 degrees. Don’t feel too bad for me…hahahaha Thanks Linda!
Wow – I have mine at 76 and switch to 75 when it is in the 90s. But I am sitting there at the table and close to the vent (I turn the deflector around so it doesn’t blow on my legs) … if I was walking around I would notice the heat more.
Yet another yummy😋…
😄😄but the name ‘buffalo’ almost kept me thinking ‘game meat’ was involved…thanks for educating me though…it awesome…
The reason they are called “Buffalo” is because the wings were created in Buffalo New York. Thank you Kelvin!
Thank you so much..I now know …
