Zucchini Pizza Boats
These Zucchini Pizza Boats were so delicious I couldn’t believe it was Zucchini! I wanted to make a recipe for these for some time now. After tasting these I wish I had made them sooner! Zucchini Pizza Boats are my new favorite way to make zucchini (next to my Zucchini Bread of course).

And we got a little gadget that makes noodles out of zucchini – do you have one?
No I do not. We are not a lover of zucchini however these boats were fabulous so maybe I need to fix it differently.
Well my husband makes zucchini noodles about once a month and it is amazing as to good they are – last three times we have had them with a red vodka sauce and grass-fed ground beef.
Oh yes I would probably love them like that! Just so some type of sauce etc. is on them…lol That’s why I loved the boats with all the added flavor.

I have no idea (more your department I think – ha)
But so good and it also leaves this thin tube like section that once cooked has a nice crunch – and regular noodles are on my “no” list – sniff – but my body literally cannot handle traditional spaghetti

When I clicked on this I thought it was some green pizza, then I read the title xD. Its a shame that I myself am not the biggest fan of zucchini… But I can tell you worked hard and kept cooking! I’ll tell my grandmother about this recipe, she should LOVE it!!! :):D <3
