Buckeye Cookies
Buckeye Cookies are a no bake cookie without eggs that is a perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate. They are creamy, delicious and never last long in our house so I always make a double batch.
I am reminded every year to make these Buckeye Cookies for Christmas. My granddaughter asks for them all year long and I try to explain to her that if I make them all the time she won’t look forward to them at Christmas. She looks at me like I’m nuts.

People who bake these year-round run the risk of increasing their weight by 20 lbs.. :-]
