Steak Nuggets


What do you do when you are hungry for steak and it’s too cold to go outside and fire up the grill? You make these delicious Steak Nuggets on your stove top that are cooked in a little butter with salt & pepper………who needs a grill!






Season with salt and pepper to taste.



Simply melt the butter in a frying pan and let it get golden brown. Add your steak pieces and brown on all sides, cooking to your desired doneness.

Remove to a plate and drizzle any leftover butter from the pan over the top of the Steak Nuggets.

So simple and since I like my steak rare, mine went from pan to plate in just a few minutes!

Steak Nuggets



16 oz steak

salt & pepper to taste

2 Tbl butter


Cut your steak into 1″ pieces, cutting away any bone, fat or stringy parts.

Salt and pepper your steak pieces turning to coat all sides.

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter until it turns a golden brown.

Add the steak pieces and cook to your desired doneness.

Remove to a plate and drizzle any remaining butter in the pan over the steak pieces and serve.
