Three Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll-Ups
Hot or mild Italian Sausage wrapped in provolone cheese, a lasagna noodle, then smothered in spaghetti sauce with mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. That is what made this Three Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll-Ups taste fantastic!
Ingredients – You will need
a total of five sausage, cut
into thirds to make 15 pieces.
Boil lasagna noodles according to
the package directions and drain.
In a medium frying pan over medium
heat, cook the sausage until it’s cooked
through. Cut each sausage into thirds.
Lay a cooked lasagna noodle flat.
Add half a piece of provolone cheese on
the end and then half of a piece of sausage.
Roll the sausage and cheese to
the end of the lasagna noodle.
Repeat with all the sausage and place
them seam side down in a baking dish
that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over top .
Sprinkle the mozzarella and
parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for
about 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with garlic bread.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. lasagna noodles
- 5 hot or mild Italian Sausage links
- 24 oz of spaghetti sauce
- 8 slices of provolone cheese, cut in half
- 1 – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, or 1 cup shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions and drain.
- In a medium frying pan over medium heat, cook Italian Sausage until cooked through and brown. Cut each sausage into three pieces.
- Lay a lasagna noodle flat. On one end lay half a slice of provolone cheese and a piece of cut sausage.
- Roll the noodle, cheese and the sausage to the other end of the lasagna. Repeat until all of the sausage are used up.
- Spray a 9” x 13” oven safe pan with cooking spray.
- Place roll ups into the baking dish, seam side down.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and lightly brown.
- Serve with garlic bread if you wish.

You can make it up ahead of time too! Just allow more baking time as it will be cold from sitting in the refrigerator.

Awesome! You can even make it early, refrigerate and then just pop it in the oven when you are ready to eat! Just give it extra time in the oven because it will be cold.
