Herb Baked Mushrooms
Delicious fresh mushrooms baked as a side dish, meal or to place on top of your chicken or steak with your meal. I used my own home grown and dehydrated garden rosemary with my Herb Baked Mushrooms. Change the herbs each time you make this for a different taste each time. Put your favorite herb or combination of herbs with them. This is so simple to prepare and it only takes minutes to bake.
Ingredients
Wash, drain and thinly slice the mushrooms.
Place the mushroom slices and the rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Lay the mushrooms in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 13 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Place in a bowl as a side dish, on top of your steak or chicken or eat as a meal.

I don’t eat mushrooms but I bet Rebel Guy would love this. Rosemary would be a wonderful flavour with it. We have never cooked them in the oven before, so thanks for this! I love the colour of your colander!
