Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

This easy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff is the only one I have ever loved. I have tried many recipes over the years and I just didn’t find one I liked so I created my own. The meat turns out so tender after cooking all day. The added cheese mixed in at the end adds even more flavor when you serve it over noodles.

Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker except for the cream cheese and noodles.

Mix well and cook on low for eight hours.

Add the cream cheese, stirring until completely melted and mixed in.

Turn the slow cooker to high and continue cooking with the lid for 10 minutes.

Bring a large pan with water to a boil then add noodles.

Cook the noodles according to the package directions and then drain.

Place noodles on a plate or bowl and top with meat mixture then serve.
