Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf
Do you want a delicious and different taste for your meatloaf? Try this recipe made with Stove Top Stuffing instead of bread crumbs. It gives the meatloaf a really delicious taste and has become my favorite recipe for meatloaf. My biggest fan, again, was my 3-year-old grandson who ate three entire pieces at one sitting! So give it a try to see if you like it as much as we do!
Ingredients
Pour dry Stove Top Stuffing from the box into a bowl. Add milk and stir with a fork until the milk is absorbed.
Add eggs and mix.
Add ketchup and mix well.
Put ground beef into a large bowl and add stuffing ingredients, mix well.
Divide mixture in half and put it into two meatloaf pans.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes and serve.

Bake for 55-60 minutes. Place the pans on a cooling rack and loosen the meatloaf from the sides of the meatloaf pans with a spatula. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
*NOTE: If two meatloaf’s are too much for one meal, you can freeze the other one for another meal at another time.
