Rotini Hamburger Casserole

This is a great dish that just about anyone would enjoy. You can also make this with rigatoni or any other type of pasta. It is a nice change from spaghetti. I used to always make this with rigatoni but one day I didn’t have any and used the rotini instead. Now, I won’t make it any other way. The sauce and ground beef get stuck in the rotini making every bite full of flavor. I like to turn to this recipe whenever I am short on time because I can make it in the morning or the night before and put it in the refrigerator until I’m ready to bake it.
