Pie Filling Filled Hand Pies
These are the easiest pie filling Filled Hand Pies you will ever make. I made them using Puff Pastry! This store bought frozen Puff Pastry is absolutely the best. I don’t think I would even attempt to make Puff Pastry from scratch after using this multiple times and it turned out so good every time! Your family and guests will think they came from a bakery when they taste these!

This recipe is a keeper. It is great for those times when you need something sweet pronto.
And you can make different kinds of filling for your guests. I use a pointed knife and poke the first letter of the filling in the crust.
These remind me of the ones I get from an old bakery in New Braunfels called Naeglin’s. I love the cherry 🍒!!

Thank you! I do have fun and always have. When I was a kid and had an Easy Bake Oven, I didn’t buy their cakes. I would steal some of what my mom made. I took her pie dough and formed my own pie in those itsy bitsy pans. I want to get into serious bread baking too. I have most everything I need I just need to find the time as it is very time consuming.
These do look like they came from a bakery. Puff pastry is so versatile!
As cheap as puff pastry is to buy and how delicious store bought is, I would never make my own!
