Lemon Jello Pudding Cheesecake Pie

A delicious NO BAKE lemon pudding and cream cheese filling in a graham cracker pie crust that is prepared in 10 minutes or less. Refrigerate for one hour and it’s ready to eat. This is a vintage recipe from the early 70’s and it is a great last minute dessert for any occasion.

Place the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk into a large bowl.

Using a mixer, mix until combined.

Add the remaining milk and the instant pudding mix.

Using a WIRE WHISK, whisk together slowly just until combined, about a minute. (Do not over mix or it won’t be creamy.)

Immediately pour into the graham cracker pie crust.

Sprinkle lightly with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate, covered, for about 1 hour, then serve as needed.

These dishes are so beautifully presented!
Thank you for your kind words!
🌷👏
Thank you!
ooh, thanks, I’ve bee waiting for this one –
I made this for my mother in law. It wasn’t as lemony as I thought it would be but it was definitely easy & good!
I’m all in favour of quick and easy desserts
Especially if you need it last minute.
Exactly
I need to try this!!
It was so easy and delicious but I would have liked more lemon flavor, I love lemon. Next time I will grate lemon peel too.
The kind of thing I and other young homemakers were proud to serve in the 70’s–easy, delicious, and quick.
Exactly! They always turned out and tasted good.
It looks delicious and easy. At first glance, I thought it was custard pie with nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
I took a picture for the top of my post with a slice of twisted lemon. It looked great but for some reason the color in the picture wouldn’t come out like all the other pictures, it was a very strange color, so I deleted it. My new range has the perfect lighting, I should put a cover on it and take them all there! Lol
Your pictures all make the food look delicious and I remember this pie being a big hit back in the day – cheesecake made easy.
Thank you Linda!
Yummy lemon!
I agree Mary! Lemon anything is delicious.
A good recipe to keep on hand when short of time. It sounds delicious. Have you ever made it with other flavor instant puddings?
No I haven’t Bernadette but any would work. I was thinking chocolate crust with the chocolate pudding with be good though.
That looks so good. Cheesecake is my favourite dessert and I’ve made this same 70s style cake before but never with jello pudding flavours. I’ll have to give this a try!
This could be made with any flavor pudding mix. I think next time I will grate lemon peel for more lemon flavor. This was very good but I love a lot of lemon flavor. If you make it tell me what you think.
Using citrus peel and zest is a good idea! So much flavour and reduces waste too!
Stop with these delicious looking things. Or can you just make them and post to me.
Haha I have so many recipes I want to make but it’s Christmas cookie season. I have the tree up and I decorated outside today. Next the cookies start.
You make this stuff look so perfect! Mine would NOT look like that. 😛
If you can make the jello box of instant pudding you can make this Betsy!
Easy-peasy … I love it!! Yummy lemon – my favourite when it comes to desserts 🍋.
I was shocked by how easy this was. I think grated lemon peel would make this even more lemony.
Hmm, I get the hint 😉.
I knew you would!
I really appreciate all the times you have shared my posts! Thank you ❤️
Loving it, indeed
Thank you so much!
