Homemade Hamburger Helper Chili Mac

I finally found my seasonings that were packed away during this LONG and ONGOING kitchen remodel. I decided I would make my copycat version of Hamburger Helpers Chili Mac. I love this recipe because not only does it taste great, but it is made on the stovetop, is quick and easy to make. You can make this in 30 minutes or less.

Back to normal, then. I bet it is better than the original
Yes just backsplash, ceiling, painting and a lot of trim to go. It is much better than the old kitchen. Thank you Derrick!
Looks so comforting and hearty for a summer day!
Thank you Ab!
I love these quick recipes using easy to source ingredients.
Me too and the older I get the more I love them Bernadette!
Looks like a crowd pleaser
It will feed a family of four with no leftovers. If my grandson is here it feeds the three of us. Lol
😎
You’ll eventually find all your stuff!
I am making myself put at least one box away a day. My second 6 rolls of shelf liner came yesterday so back at it. The contractor still has a lot to do so I’m hoping it all stays clean in the cupboards.
Looks delicious !
Thank you!
This looks delicious! I must print out the recipe and try. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much and you are very welcome!
Hi. This is a delicious, hearty meal.
Thank you!
I happened to see Hamburger Helper on the shelves last week. I can remember when it was all the rage, but I soon discovered I could make the same thing at home, but cheaper and perhaps better.
I remember when we thought it was so good too and it’s definitely better homemade. You have to admit thought, it was a brilliant idea they had.
Thank you so much!
I like Hamburger Helper, always did. This looks good – those newfound spices are glistening on it – yum.
It took quite a few times to figure out what spice to use to enhance this recipe. After trial and air I figured out chili powder was the secret. Thank you Linda!
Sounds spicy and nice(y). 🙂
🤣 You’re a poet and don’t know it!
Fancy that!
Much better (and tastier) to make it yourself than to buy it in a box/package, isn’t it? Looks delicious!
Absolutely and what cracks me up is what they charge for a box with a little pasta and seasoning. The picture makes it look like you’re getting the entire meal but we still have to add the ground beef! Thank you Corna. 🥰
I was trying to figure out what to make for dinner. I am at VBS all day, so wanted something quick, for the kids and I. This is perfect as I have all the ingredients. Thanks Diane.
Awesome I hope they like it. If I remember right, don’t you volunteer at VBS every year?
Yes, I have done it for the last ten years at least. The older I get, the more tired I am, though.
I understand!
