Three Ingredient Onion Roasted Potatoes
There are only three ingredients in these delicious Onion Roasted Potatoes. They are so easy to make and have been a favorite of ours for years!

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a
9″ x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the potatoes into the baking dish.
Drizzle the oil over the top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle the Lipton dry soup mix over the top.
Combine well by tossing in the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until tender and
golden brown, tossing potatoes every ten
minutes. Place in a serving bowl and serve.

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1″ chunks (they can be peeled or with skin on)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipes Secret Onion Soup Mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray, sides too.
- Place the prepared potatoes into the baking dish.
- Drizzle with the oil.
- Sprinkle the dry soup mix over the top.
- Using a spoon toss the potatoes until completely coated with the oil and dry soup mix.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are soft and golden brown, tossing every 10 minutes.
- Place into a serving bowl and serve immediately.

This sounds good but the pack of Lipton mix seems like adding chemicals- what is in it? Maybe not msg but perhaps anti-caking agents and flavors? Hm –

One of my favourites! I want to add that if you are out of onion soup mix, toss them in extra virgin olive oil and spices mixed in (onion, or onion pieces, bit of garlic and whatever else you want for flavour) to bake and they come out just as good.
