They are and a family favorite. Thanks Tierney!
Looks yummy!! I like the shortcut with the Lipton soup! 💕
I actually got the recipe off the box years ago..lol
The Irish in my background sure makes me love potatoes!
Well I might have some Irish in me too…lol
This sounds good but the pack of Lipton mix seems like adding chemicals- what is in it? Maybe not msg but perhaps anti-caking agents and flavors? Hm –
This is my homemade version. http://indianeskitchen.com/2018/02/26/homemade-onion-dry-soup-mix
that looks so good and the dish is beautiful – looks like a Mikasa star bowl or something – really pretty
Thanks I’m not sure where I even got it…lol
😉
Awesome Recipe Diane
Thanks so much! Have a great weekend!
Same to you dear 🤗
This looks wonderful – bet it smells good too!
Oh definitely especially since I open the oven to toss every 10 minutes…lol Thank you Linda!!!
One of my favourites! I want to add that if you are out of onion soup mix, toss them in extra virgin olive oil and spices mixed in (onion, or onion pieces, bit of garlic and whatever else you want for flavour) to bake and they come out just as good.
Great idea plus it will be nice to have different flavors so we can eat them more often! Lol
forgot to comment. This was a big success.
I’m so glad you liked them!!!
Awesome one of our favorites!!!
Three ingredients! Now we’re talking! 🙂
Yum! I make a version of these potatoes, but have never used the onion soup mix. I can tell already this will be a new favourite!
It is amazing and we have loved it for years. Thanks!
