Peanut Butter Cookies
These are my favorite soft Peanut Butter Cookies. I always add a chocolate star to them for Christmas but if you can’t find the stars at the store, you can always use a chocolate kiss. They are a very easy cookie to make and they will freeze well if you want to make them up ahead of time. After I bake them, I place them flat on a paper plate then inside a freezer bag and they taste like I just made them after they thaw out.

That makes sense – I can remember seeing chocolate stars somewhere – but like in a package of candy, maybe when I was young, a long time ago). 🙂
Brach’s candy sells them in bags.
Maybe that’s where I’ve seen them then – I don’t think Meijer sells Brachs, but I think I’ve seen their candy at CVS perhaps?
