What a beautiful cucumber flower or in scientific words: Floweri cucumberi diane :0)! Awesome idea.
Aw thank you so much Daniela! They are so easy to make.
I’m always excited for any new way to use ranch!
Right! My grandkids eat it on everything!
This looks like it would be so refreshing!
It really was Jonetta! Next time I will make it with dill.
It’s always the simple things that taste so good !
Isn’t that the truth Lilly!
So pretty! It looks like spring!
Thank you I can’t wait to pick them from our garden! Sure beats store bought!
There’s nothing like picking a fresh cucumber from the garden and eating it right on the spot!
Last year we had (I think) 8 plants and we got over 100 cucumbers!
Yum looking…vw
Thank you so much vw! Have a great weekend!
You also IDK…vw
Chick food 😆😆😆
🙂😊
Hahahaha My husband loved them but said he wants them with dill next time.
I can eat cucumbers every day.. raw!
I agree we both do but I add salt…lol
Am I odd if I sometimes use hot sauce?
Hmmm never tried it that way. I love hot stuff too.
I have weird tastes lol.. It’s almost garden time! Fresh jalapeño and chili peppers!
Oh yeah! We don’t even plant our garden for over a month away. Rhubarb and asparagus will be ready by first week in may though.
I’m not planting until June.. we just had a funky spring last year and I think the closer to summer I plant the better off I’ll be.
This sounds delicious! Love cucumber.
Thank you! We plant them every year in our garden but have to buy them from the grocery store other wise.
Which variety(ies) do you grow in your garden?
Super 8 I think they are called.
Sounds good!
I recently just started appreciating cucumbers again for the first time in years! I was just planning my sister’s bridal shower today too, and I feel like these would be a perfect app! Thanks for sharing, Diane 🙂 Hope you have a great weekend!
Oh Mackenzie they would be perfect! If you have access to a large star cake decorating tip put the filling in a bag with the large star tip and pipe the filling into the cucumber for a really fancy look!
Ohhh that’s an amazing tip! Thank you!
Looks yummy
Thank you it is a really good flavor!
Beautiful presentation! It looks so appetizing. 🙂
Thanks Megala they are very tasty!
Great recipe!
It looks so good! I love ranch so much!
Me too! My grandkids put it on everything! Thank you Jess!
They have good taste! Lol!
That is beautiful.
Aw thank you Anneberly!
Well you went and got all fancy-schmancy on us … right now I am cold and seeing the cukes made me colder … they sure are fancier than just skinning them and slicing them onto a plate.
Haha I do that when we get them from the store and they have a slight bitter taste to them. Normally I sliced and salt them and that’s it but I can’t stand bitter cucumbers. So by making them this way you can’t taste the bitter and they are so good!
That’s clever and better than just plain.
Okay, now even I can handle that. BTW, making the lemon squares for a party next weekend. Fingers crossed. Will let you know! 🙂
Good luck! You got this!
I love cucumbers – the fresh smell. Your dish looks wonderful for a gathering. Or really any time. 🙂
You are so right Bernice. You could even use this as a dip and just dip them in it.
Perfect use for my cucumbers!! 💖
Oh yes Lisa! This is so good!
Healthy, delicious and looks amazing 🙂
Thank you we love it! ❤
Looks tasty, Diane . I saved the recipe, will try it out. Thank you for sharing.
You are very welcome Francina!
This sounds delightfully delicious. I am going to make it when our cucumbers come in (and probably even before!). Thank you for following my little blog. I appreciate it much. Look forward to reading more of your posts. 🙂
Thank you Mitzy! I look forward to reading more of yours as well!
Oh, I have got to try this!!
It is really good Stuart! Enjoy!
It looks awesome!
Thank you it is a nice change to eating cucumbers plain or just in a salad.💕
