Baked Skinless Chicken Thighs
Yes chicken can be this easy, healthy and delicious all in one recipe! This recipe is different from most chicken recipes. My recipe is Skinless Chicken Thighs but they still have the bones. In my opinion the bones add extra flavor. Removing the skin eliminates most of the unhealthy fat and allows the seasoning to flavor the chicken meat instead of just the skin.

Thank you Donna! I love dark meat and with the skin removed, all that flavor goes into the meat. I seriously make a huge pan of these and munch on them until they are gone. 😊
We do that with our chicken wingies – they’re great if one of the kids drop in or for a nice high protein snack!! We are lucky to have so much aren’t we? 🧚🏻♀️❤️🙏
We truly are Donna! 🙏
