Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops are fork tender, moist and with an incredible flavor. They may not look as good as when you bake them in the oven (since they don’t get brown), but you can’t beat the tenderness or the flavor. These Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops are cooked in delicious cream of chicken soup which is what keeps these pork chops so moist. They are ready to eat in just 6 hours on low.
Ingredients – I made a double batch so my picture shows twice the ingredients. The recipe card below is for one recipe only. If you wonder why the chicken broth is so yellow, I used Better Than Bouillon (Chicken flavor) instead of chicken broth.
Slice the onion and separate the slices.
Place the onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place the pork chops on top of the onions.
In a medium bowl combine the soup and
chicken broth whisking until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops
trying to keep the pork chops covered with the soup.
Cook on low for 6 hours or until
the pork chops are fork tender then serve.

I like the idea, but I have to brown my porkchops first!
I understand! Maybe try cooking them 1/2 less or in the slow cooker to compensate. Thanks Valerie!

They are very delicious! So easy but don’t over cook. My pork chops were about 3/4” thick and 6 hours was perfect! Let me know how you like them.

Enjoy they are so good! Let me know how you like them.
I can’t deny that I’m addicted to the burnt brown crusty parts of the pork chop myself, so this dish looks a bit…non-pork-choppy. But I don’t doubt da tenderness! A friend of mine had shared about how she boiled her pork chops prior to frying ’em to make ’em more tender. I never tried it cuz it would take too long before my tummy went nuts. Thanks for sharin’ these tender chops!
Lol that is pretty much what you do when you slow cook these…it’s like boiling them. Thanks krcc!
love anything that can go in a slow cooker and make me look good at 7pm!
Hahaha definitely!
