Easy Parmesan Noodles
If you need a simple side dish and don’t want to make potatoes, try these delicious Easy Parmesan Noodles. They only take a few minutes to make once the noodles are cooked and they taste great. They would be great with any kind of meat and vegetable. I made bratwurst and green beans with our noodles and the grandkids loved them!
Ingredients
In a large pot cook the noodles
according to the package directions.
Drain the noodles.
Place the noodles back into the hot pan and
add the grated Parmesan cheese.
Toss gently until the cheese is completely
melted and mixed into the noodles.

My family always made them with a few crushed crackers stirred in before serving. I like them this way also. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

You’re welcome! My granddaughter loves the boxed Parmesan noodles and I made her these instead! She can eat that’s boxed junk at home…lol

I agree. Teaching the kids that something like this is just as easy to do from scratch and in most cases the same cost or cheaper.

Thank you for sharing your recipes! I haven’t made time to comment on how I appreciate your daily ‘YUMS”! Some I print and only a couple I knew my family wouldn’t eat…it is nice that a lot of your recipes are very simple to make. I like the fact that I have alternate side dishes to add to my list of recipes for a ‘change’! Thank you again for sharing!
