Tangy Cucumber Avocado Salad


If you want a simple, delicious, low calorie and all natural healthy salad this is it! This Tangy Cucumber Avocado Salad is a great dish to serve at any kind of function, as a side dish or as a meal! Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so all those wonderful flavors can come together.

In a medium bowl combine the cucumber, avocado and parsley.



Stir in the garlic, green onion, salt and pepper.



Add the lemon and lime juice then toss.

Refrigerate covered for at least 30 minutes then serve.


Tangy Cucumber Avocado Salad




  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, peeled & cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lemon, 1 tsp of the juice
  • 1/2 lime, all of the juice


  1. In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, avocado and parsley.
  2. Stir in the garlic, green onions, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the lemon and lime juice and toss.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes and serve.
