What a great snack to offer a guest or eat for your lunch! Cucumbers filled with a veggie dip, topped with dill & tomato and surrounded with carrots. It was a lot of fun making this. It turned out so colorful you couldn’t help but want to devour the entire plate.
Start by washing and slicing a cucumber. Using a knife, carefully cut out the seeded middle section.
Fill with your favorite veggie dip.
Top with dill, a cherry tomato sliced in half and carrots with more dill.
Dip your carrots and tomatoes in the veggie dip already in the cucumber and enjoy!
