This recipe tastes just like Subways White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. It is another favorite Christmas cookie of mine. This is a wonderful combination of Macadamia Nuts and White Chocolate combined with a delicious cookie.

White chocolate macadamia cookies are my favorite – we have a bakery in town called Crumbl Cookies that make the best pillowy soft cookies
This makes a huge batch so I freeze them and grab a few when I have a sweet craving.
Macadamia nuts are so rich and buttery. I bet these are delicious.
I have never like nuts except peanuts and then I tasted macadamia nuts! They are a healthy nut and I just saw they are recommended on the Keto diet. Not that I do the Keto diet but it makes me feel like it’s a healthy cookie. 🤣

They taste exactly like Subway. I freeze them because the recipe makes a lot. Then I sneak into the freezer if I have a sweet tooth. Lol
Yum – I’ve never had Subways but I have had Pepperidge Farms’ White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies – they are crispy and are tasty.
