Easy No Knead Garlic Knots
These Easy No Knead Garlic Knots are made from pizza dough. They are a great tasting little roll that has been dipped in garlic butter and herbs. Eat them right out of the oven or dip them into some pizza sauce. Either way, they are delicious and taste great with any meal.
Ingredients
Butter a baking sheet.
Cut the pizza dough into 15 equal pieces, they are small.
Shape each piece into a snake shape
rolling them to about 5” long.
You don’t have to be exact, just make them as even as possible.
Tie each piece once, like you are tying a shoe lace.
Tuck one end underneath the knot leaving the other end sticking up.
Place the knots on the buttered cookie sheet and bake in a preheated
400 degree oven for 13-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
While the knots are baking, make the garlic butter.
In a small bowl add the butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley.
Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes, remove from the
microwave and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Remove the knots from the oven.
Using a spoon, put each knot into the garlic butter and
pour the butter mixture over the top of the knot.
Place the garlic knots back on the cooking sheet.
Continue baking for 1-1/2 – 2 minutes but don’t let the bottom burn.
Remove immediately onto a serving plate.
These can be eaten as is or you can dip them in pizza sauce.
These are a great addition to any meal.

What a great idea using pizza dough! They look delicious!
Thanks!
These sound like they are easy to make and look delicious. Going to try it. Is the garlic over powering? Or not so much?
No that’s why I use it instead of fresh most of the time. When I use it from fresh we roast it and freeze the cloves. I’m not a great lover of strong garlic. You can always leave it out or use even less.
Looks yummy 😋
These look so yummy! One of my favorites 🙂
Mine too now…lol Thank you Lisa!

I’m a real sucker for bread of any kind, but I do usually stick to my whole-grain seedy bread, but these look luscious and I will bet they smell heavenly.
Make them with dough made of whole grain pizza dough and add seeds.
There’s an idea Diane – I do adhere to the whole-grain and rustic bread regimen now … haven’t strayed to white bread in a few years now. Thank you for the tip!
You’re welcome!
Mmmm .. one of those recipes I can almost smell.

Had this type of garlic pastry olive oiled with salad in Rome so yes will be tasty Ill try your new recipe with delight. Ill sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dough when cooked and warm with drop of extra virgin olive oil drizzled over and think of Italy as I eat them. Thank you for this I had quite forgotten the taste.
Awesome I hope it brings back a lot of memories!

Lovely looking buns… looks so tempting
Thank you very much!
Nothing beats the taste of bread rolls straight out of the oven. We don’t have the luxury of the pre made dough here in Australia, but we do sometimes treat ourselves to some homemade.
You definitely can make these with home made dough.
I am getting hungry for one of these RIGHT NOW. We plan to barbecue tomorrow, and I think I will try them with the bought pizza dough. Thanks for this delicious suggestion.
You’re very welcome! Next time I make them I will have to make 2 batches…lol They didn’t last very long in my house.
I am not surprised! 😊
Garlic and bread! Like peanut butter and jelly!
