Creamy Baked Green Beans
This was the last of our green beans from our garden for the year. This Creamy Baked Green Beans dish was a definite keeper! It has so many great flavors from the creamy sauce to the bacon pieces and the buttery Ritz Cracker crumb topping. Such a nice change from plain green beans.
Ingredients
Mix the soup, milk, soy sauce, bacon, salt and pepper together in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Add green beans and mix until they are all coated with the sauce.
In a sandwich bag, crush Ritz Crackers. Pour crumbs into a small bowl.
Pour melted butter onto the crumbs and mix well with a fork.
Sprinkle buttered crackers evenly over the top of the beans.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until crumbs are a golden brown.
