I’ve not been to a Cracker Barrel in ages and never for breakfast, but this looks very good. (I only tried their mashed potatoes with sausage gravy in the past.)
I love Cracker Barrel but I hear there is a new menu. I am taking a past client there tomorrow for supper so I will find out. I know they got rid of my Reuben sandwich a while ago and it was my favorite placed to get one. đŸ˜©
It’s been a while since I was at Cracker Barrel as they are not near me. I admit I never tried anything but their chicken fried steak with the mashed potatoes and sausage gravy … it was delicious. I hope they didn’t revamp the menu too much and you can find a new favorite.

Like you said, easy to make … I might just have to visit a few stores to find frozen Hash Browns (maybe it’s not that hard at all, but I’ve never bought them). There’s always a first time đŸ˜‰.
