You make this look good even for me – not a dessert lover – I put it down to having been born in 1942 when rationing was to last another decade
Awe thank you Derrick! I bet you’re right, my mom made desserts all the time and if we didn’t have dessert we were disappointed. Lol Guess what, I love desserts but I’m sure you guessed that with all my sweet posts. 🤣
Sounds delicious! But when I’m trying to lose weight, full of calories!
Haha I’m afraid this won’t help your diet Barry!
Thank you for sharing Ned!
Oh wow!
Thank you GP!
Omg, this looks so delicious. Just the title alone had me drooling
Haha Thank you Kristen!
I don’t like peanut and chocolate, but this looks 👍 good!
Well you would hate this as it was very peanut butter tasting.Thank you for your nice comment Georgetta!
Don’t let me near this one…
Haha One person called this a peanut butter cheesecake, that said it all!
Yep!
This sounds delicious and so much easier that the last one I made. I will keep this handy the next time they ask for chocolate peanut butter cheesecake.
If they love peanut butter they will love this Carla!
They do, Diane.
One of my family’s all time favorites! Something all three kids used to agree on. Although I did not use chocolate but I will next time I make it!!
This was the first time I made this and I immediately should have made some chocolate syrup. I think it would be like the icing on a cake.
Oh my – chocolate syrup or hot fudge too – talk about dying and going to Heaven in one slice!
I love peanut butter but this had a huge peanut butter taste and I think the chocolate would break up that intense flavor. I confess, it wasn’t too peanutty tasting that I didn’t eat it. Lol
Ha ha – no, I wouldn’t turn it away either. I have been known to take a tablespoon to the crunchy peanut butter and indulge. I put a tablespoon in my hot oatmeal every morning too. It is wonderful – warm peanut butter!
I have never had peanut butter in oatmeal except with my no bake cookies. I can eat them for breakfast right? 😉
I could get into that idea Diane. 🙂 Try a scoop of peanut butter, especially crunchy, sometime in your oatmeal. It is very tasty (um, maybe too tasty as it’s hard to stop at one tablespoon).
I love peanut butter anything.
I do too!
Sounds delicious!
Thank you Linda, it was delicious.
sounds delicious, i want some!
I had to throw a piece away because I didn’t eat it fast enough! That could have been yours!
Mmm 😋
Thank you it was really good.
Yummy, I can taste it just by looking at your photos! In our house, the peanut butter jar is very popular – so, now I’m going to use it not just for a spread or baking cookies, but also for this delicious pie of yours!
Thank you Corna! Next time I will add chocolate syrup!
It looks a bit like cheesecake too, Diane, one of my favourites. You can’t go wrong with the juxtaposition of PH, chocolate and soft cream cheese! 😋
It was the consistency of cheesecake. It was so peanut buttery that I will add chocolate syrup to the top next time. There is so much peanut butter taste which was great but I needed more chocolate. Even hot fudge would work.
Scrumptious! 🍰
Thank you!
Yes, please! Saving this one.
Have some chocolate syrup to drizzle on top for more chocolate flavor, enjoy!
