Easy Caprese Orzo Salad

Impress your dinner guests and family with this delicious salad that is easy and fun to make not to mention eat! This is ideal as a side dish and great to take to a picnic.
I always look forward to using my homegrown basil and cherry tomatoes in this salad and those little balls of mozzarella are so yummy! Leave them both whole or cut them up, either way they both taste delicious.
The homemade balsamic vinaigrette tastes perfect with this dish.

One of my favourite salads. So easy and yummy and looks so pretty! I’ve never made it with orzo before so will have to try one day!
