  1. I love this cake of yours. When I last saw this on your blog, I went shopping and bought a bundt pan to bake the cake! It came out perfectly and tasted delicious … I think it’s time again 😋.

  2. I hope to make this before the local cider runs out! Sounds yummy. I just made a pumpkin bundt cake today so I have to wait a while before I make a cake again! Rats!

    • I hope you get to make it, cider hangs around for a while. I’m hoping to make a sweet potato pie soon. I have never tasted one and every year I say I will do it, maybe this will be the year!

  3. Good idea for using apple cider which many find to be too sweet. I don’t buy it anymore since it is just me. We used to get Granny Smith apple cider – it was very tart, but very good.

    • I used to drink an entire gallon in a couple weeks by myself but now I don’t think I could finish a half gallon. It just doesn’t taste like it used to. I need to find a place that sells some I enjoy, I would love the tart cider Linda.

      • The apple cider from years ago was very thick as I recall. This is more watery and very sweet. I was the only one in the house who drank it too. Look for Granny Smith apple cider if you can find it Diane.
