Ha ha – well we have our favorites don’t we Diane. My mom would make a similar ambrosia salad and then since it was just the two of us, she would say “we have to eat it up quickly or it will turn watery.” So, there we were, such a hardship, devouring that wonderful treat.

It sounds like a delicious and decadent side dish that makes any meal a special occasion. I like that it uses whipping cream instead of cool whip, and I love anything with cream cheese.
