Pizza Bubble Ring

An easy recipe using canned biscuits that are rolled into small balls, tossed with cheese, pepperoni, seasonings, baked and dipped into pizza sauce.

My husband made this, and he even took the pictures! We actually made this our meal with plenty leftover.

Adapted from http://www.Pillsbury.com

Spray a Bundt pan with non stick cooking oil.

Melt the butter and set aside.

Cut each biscuit into four pieces.

Roll each piece into a ball and place them into a large bowl.

Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Add the pepperoni, seasonings and Parmesan cheese to the bowl.

Toss gently with a large spoon until thoroughly mixed.

Drizzle with butter and toss to combine.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 33-38 minutes or until a deep golden brown on top.

Cool for 5 minutes, loosen the bread from the sides and invert onto a large heatproof plate, remove pan. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce.

    • This would be great for your class. Pillsbury’s recipe wraps each dough ball around the cheese and pepperoni but my husband made it this way instead because it was quicker. Lol

  1. Great idea for when you’re craving pizza but none is available. This will be perfect for this summer when we are in a little town with few dining out resources.

  2. Your creativity in the kitchen has no end! This looks like a grandkid pleaser and I’m watching them all for the next three weeks! You saved me again Diane! Thanks, hugs, C

      • That’s great that Terry is helping you and taking an interest in cooking as well. Maybe you will be a twosome on the blog on day or Terry will have his own cooking blog!

      • Hahaha Don’t hold your breath on the blog. He makes hamburgers, frozen lasagna, frozen breaded chicken patties etc. He even does the dishes, he’s been so helpful!

      • Ha ha – well, give him time. Doing the dishes is a great help as well. Terry will be busy harvesting produce and helping with the pond and the wisteria soon. I’m sure Terry never wondered what you did in the course of the day, but he now experiences it firsthand!

  3. We make a version of this, but with butter, cinnamon & sugar instead of the pizza ingredients. Makes a delicious dessert or even breakfast food!
