It’s Friday What’s For Dinner 11-04-22

Anyone that makes a homemade dinner is welcome to type the name of one recipe you prepared in the comments, then we can all scroll through the comments for recipe ideas. This will be a weekly Friday post and only recipes on the Friday posts will be allowed.

If someone wants your recipe and asks there will be no pressure to share it, it’s up to you. I will accept links, but only to the recipe, however it may take me a few days to approve it so I can make sure the link is legitimate and not spam. NO SPAM WILL BE ALLOWED, ONLY RECIPES OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED.

I find the hardest part of making dinner isn’t the process, but figuring out what to make. So go ahead and post ONE RECIPE ONLY EACH FRIDAY in the comments or feel free to just read what others have made. Either way, I hope we all get some great ideas to make our meal planning easier.

My “It’s Friday What’s For Dinner” in the picture above is Spaghetti Cordon Bleu made with chicken, ham and bacon.

  1. Not feeling too ambitious today so we’ll keep it simple. It is a beautiful, sunny day here in the Carolinas, so we will grill some burgers…
    1 lb ground chuck
some leftover bacon broken up into bits
about 2 tbsps some good bbq sauce ( I use the local one from Hursey bbq. You can drink this stuff!)
Combine all the ingredients and form into 4 patties. Put it in the fridge for a while, covered with foil, until ready to grill.
Heat the grill until it is good and hot and spray with an olive oil spray
Grill the patties to your desired doneness, I like them a little pink inside
Serve on a nice, toasted bun.

    • Kale I am not crazy about but smoked fish I love! My favorite is smoked catfish as it is fatty and super moist. Also the meat comes right off of the bones so you aren’t picking bones out of your mouth. Never underestimate my followers, we like all kinds of food. Thank you Lamittan!

      • Indeed, catfish is great. I also like mudfish, swordfish and salmon.
You have wonderful followers, full of great ideas, Diane. I’m glad you loved my dish too
