Never tried it with this dough, but I have used filo dough. Tried a similar apple recipe A while ago and it went over pretty well as I recall.

That looks delicious. It looks like Apple tacos! We’ll have to try making these for T, who loves tacos.

Sounds like something I could do, although not hot as the laptop still sits on the stove – no words.

Diane, you are the master of quick (but also delicious) meals! I thought, when I saw the photo, it’s going to be a lot of work … but no, so easy!

Thank you! Since I recently developed numerous health issues, it’s hard for me to spend a lot of time standing. My husband helps me prep things like peeling vegetables, pasta etc. then I do the rest. So preparing quick and easy meals is what I strive for. Occasionally I have a good day and then I might do a more difficult recipe but why bother if an easy one can taste just as good. Lol

I’m sorry to hear about your health issues … but glad to hear it’s not totally keeping you out of the kitchen! Hats off to your husband for helping out with the prep work – we have a saying, “Teamwork is dreamwork” … I suppose it’s like that for you guys 😊.
