Never thought about using an enchilada in this way
It is a wonderful change of taste and so easy. I hope you get a chance to try it.
I bought 10 pounds to prep them this weekend for the coming months before prices escalate 😁
Now that was smart!
Thank you for the reblog Ned.
What a delightful idea!
Thank you, cherry is really delicious too.
So clever! I might have to try this one! 💕C
You will love it. Great for family, fill some with apple, cherry, peach etc. and everybody’s happy. Thank you Cheryl🥰
Never tried it with this dough, but I have used filo dough. Tried a similar apple recipe A while ago and it went over pretty well as I recall.
Great with any pie filling and I bet filo dough is excellent too!
Thanks so much!
Such a good idea!
Thank you so much!
Boy, do they look yummy! 😊

Cherry are my favorite, thank you Mitzy!
That looks delicious. It looks like Apple tacos! We’ll have to try making these for T, who loves tacos.
Cherry are my favorite but use whatever he likes best. Thank you!
Sounds like something I could do, although not hot as the laptop still sits on the stove – no words.
They are so good but they do get baked.
Easy and delectable. 💜
Diane, you are the master of quick (but also delicious) meals! I thought, when I saw the photo, it’s going to be a lot of work … but no, so easy!
Thank you! Since I recently developed numerous health issues, it’s hard for me to spend a lot of time standing. My husband helps me prep things like peeling vegetables, pasta etc. then I do the rest. So preparing quick and easy meals is what I strive for. Occasionally I have a good day and then I might do a more difficult recipe but why bother if an easy one can taste just as good. Lol
I’m sorry to hear about your health issues … but glad to hear it’s not totally keeping you out of the kitchen! Hats off to your husband for helping out with the prep work – we have a saying, “Teamwork is dreamwork” … I suppose it’s like that for you guys 😊.
Thank you for reblogging❣️
Thank you so much❣️
