Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Tender, juicy and delicious Beef Brisket cooked in a sauce for ten hours in the slow cooker. I shredded the leftover brisket, added BBQ sauce and made BBQ beef sandwiches for the following day. Who doesnโ€™t love two different meals out of one brisket?

Adapted from a fellow blogger, if this was you please let me know so I can give you credit.

Place the brisket into your slow cooker,

I had to cut the end off of

mine to make it fit.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in

a bowl, stir to combine then pour

it over the brisket.

Cook on low for 10 hours, remove

the brisket to a cutting board.

Slice the Brisket and serve.

If you have leftovers, shred

the brisket in a bowl.

Add your favorite BBQ sauce and stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, warm

in a pan and make BBQ beef

sandwiches and serve.

  1. Nothing like a slow-cooking brisket. That smell starts slow, builds appropriately, and is a perfect accompaniment when finally going to retrieve it for eating. I love it any time of year, but especially in the Fall and Winter months.

    • Thank you the house smelled wonderful. In the past, when I prepared it, it was time consuming yet delicious. It took constant attention where as this recipe was so easy, delicious and turned out perfect.

  6. My mouth is watering. This looks SO GOOD,

I’ve never tried brisket in the slow cooker, but it sounds like the perfect way to do it because the brisket shouldn’t dry out. I’m definitely giving this a go!
