  1. Sounds like a yummy casserole. Add some scrambled eggs and it’d be great in a breakfast burrito 🙂

  2. WP has been messing up for me with me having to log in over and over and not keep me logged in. So don’t know if my other comment came in or not.
This recipe sounds yummy. It would be good in a breakfast burrito with added scrambled eggs, too. 🙂

    • Thank you Katelon! I j had trouble with my recipe card too, making my post a day late. Chatted with WP and they had it fixed in 5 minutes, but it was so frustrating.

    • I’m so glad to see this and to know I’m not the only one having this repeated log in problem. I’ve tried leaving two comments. We’ll see if this one gets through!

  3. I never would have thought of adding tater tots to a taco salad, but it’s not so farfetched when you think about how many breakfast burritos have potatoes. It looks delicious!

    • It’s funny because you don’t really eat the tater tots whole, they get broken up into small crumb like pieces and mix into the meat for the best flavor. Thank you 🥰

  4. We have never bought tater tots – ever! I think I saw it in one of our more exclusive shops once … but after checking out your recipe, I should maybe buy a packet, because your plate of Tater Tot Taco Salad looks delicious!
