The cucumbers are ripe in our garden and we love to eat cucumbers made in different ways. You can make this recipe in about 10 minutes and serve it immediately. This creamy, crunchy and delicious recipe is a favorite in our house.

I love cucumbers, and making this with Greek yogurt would be extra nutritious. (And the crinkle cut makes them look extra festive. 😉)

My wife makes cucumber pickles this time of year, we have them on salads, etc. Love ’em.
Oh those are SO delicious, my husband is the one that makes ours. Does she can them? I love pulling out a jar in the dead of winter! ❤️

I like cucumbers but boy do they do a number on me! Heartburn City! 🥒 Funny, though, I can eat pickles without any problem. I wonder why that it? 🤔
Because the pickling process changes the cucumbers composition.

My mom used to make this, especially when cukes were going at 10 for $1.00 … it seemed like we had cukes in some form every night for dinner. I am not too handy with a paring knife and take off too much “skin” (on the cucumber, not my fingers) so by the time I’m done paring the peel off, I could cube up the rest. You’re laughing.
You know me well! I just saw them for sale at a store 2 for $1.00 yet I paid $5.50 for a cantaloupe at a farm market. Lol
Cantaloupes are that much – wow. Food prices are outrageous. I haven’t bought any melon in a while and had no idea.
