Sounds super but in Europe beef is rare not like in England with no real winters or America here winter hits hard and so short summer cannot raise cattle . Hot summers cold snow filled winters .No good for beef cows.If it was I would be raising black Angus cattle myself . Used to breed them in England great easy cattle best beef in the world.

The addition of the sausage I am sure ratchets up the flavor.

Wow we have been following each other a long time! I think the last time I shared this was 2019. Anyhow, cooking and typing is limited as I just had hand surgery. I have a few recipes I made before surgery that I want to post but I am already missing cooking! Thank you Ab!
