Baked Chicken Meatballs

Baked Chicken Meatballs are healthier than ground beef meatballs and just as delicious. Add them to your favorite dish, make a meatball sub, add a sauce or just eat them right out of the oven like we did.

  1. I used to use ground turkey a lot, but since my husband started cooking it has fallen off the menu. I don’t recall their selling ground chicken back then (about 8 years ago). I’ll ask him to look around for it as he does most of the shopping too. I think the Parmesan would add so much flavor to the chicken.

  2. We have never thought of doing this with chicken! I have once made chicken lasagne (the chicken just being chopped into cubes and not minced) and that was delicious … so next up, I’ll try these chicken meatballs!

  3. These look amazing Diane. I can imagine how tasty they are looking at your ingredients. Frozen meatballs from the store are one of the few meat items that T will eat. I will have to try this.

I notice you use Amish grown meat for this. Do you notice a big difference compared to regular store bought meat?

    • Thank you they are very tasty. We actually buy this at the grocery store. I don’t buy ground chicken very often but when we do it is usually this kind so I really can’t answer your question Ab, sorry.

      • No worries. I guess that’s branding and marketing for you. I just assume the Amish brand tastes better!😆
