remove the outer few leaves and cut

them all in half starting at the stem.

Place them into a bowl and drizzle

them with 2-3 Tbsp. of olive oil.

Toss them with a spoon, coating

all of the Brussels sprouts.

Spray the air fryer basket

with cooking oil.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket

and air fry at 390 degrees for 6 minutes.

Carefully toss them and continue to air

fry another 6 minutes or until they are

to your desired tenderness.

Remove from the pan and add

  1. Never had brussels sprouts as a kid. Only saw them on TV. (Beaver didn’t like them) We do eat them now though and they are so good either fried or roasted.

  2. I have to admit I didn’t eat Brussels sprouts from my fryer. I have to try to make this dish.
    greetings

  3. Looks great! I will share this with a friend who recently got an Air Fryer.

I do love Brussels sprouts and usually do them like you did with a bit of olive oil and pepper and salt in the oven. Sometimes if I’m feeling fancy, I roast them with other stuff, like pistachios or Parmesan. But they are delicious just by themselves too!

  4. The last time I made air fried brussel sprouts, I did not like how they came out, but yours looks so good I am going to have to try again using your recipe! lol

  5. I never liked Brussels sprouts, until my husband one day drizzled over olive oil, salt and pepper and put them in the oven. With a bit of balsamic vinegar it was one of the best meals I ever had! It’s obviously much quicker in the air fryer and looks as delicious!

  6. I hope you have a back-up Air Fryer in reserve in case yours breaks. You are making so many tasty-looking food in the Air Fryer. I have not had brussels sprouts since my father left – they were a favorite of his, so we had them often, just boiled though.
