  1. When my boys were little we would have winter picnics… outside or inside. If tooooo cold we brought the snow in and had a picnic on the family room floor. If it was warm enough… we built a fort and then had a picnic. These sundaes were always part of our winter fun! Thanks for the sweet memories!

  2. I remember this from last year. Thank you for reposting. We have 16 inches of snow for you to come make ice cream with over here! 😆

    • Thanks! It really does taste like ice cream. The only difference is it melts faster which didn’t bother the grandkids. I put the leftovers in the freezer and enjoyed the rest when the grandkids went home. Lol

  3. Well, that sure looks clever and fun, Diane! Dang! You’re a fun grandma! But I’m with you on the cheetoes

  4. I love the thought of making ice cream from clean snow! Your recipe sounds great, Diane. We had snow here not long ago, but it’s melted now. I hope we get some more just long enough for me to make your ice cream.

  5. Hmm – in the backyard, the possum might have visited again, or a squirrel and in the front yard, the Doberman uses the bush in my front yard on a regular basis, something I never knew until I saw yellow snow. How do you segregate the clean snow from the rest of the snow since you live in a rural area. I’d say “asking for a friend” but I’ll admit I’ve always been a germaphobe. 🙂
