Two Ingredients Swedish Meatballs Appetizer
Do you need an easy last minute appetizer for Christmas? I first tasted this Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball recipe at my mother in laws over 25 years ago. It only has two ingredients in it and they cook in the slow cooker.

It really is and since it cooks in the slow cooker there’s not much to do.

I fell in love with these the first time I had them. Now they are a staple at big events. Merry Christmas to you, I had to cancel our Christmas, my daughter is very ill. She may have to be admitted if meds don’t kick in by tomorrow. My grandson got through it but was sick and my granddaughter is asymptomatic so far and my mother in law is sick.

Thank you, she had the antibody infusion which takes 2 days to help. Today is day two so fingers crossed that tomorrow she has some improvement.

You’ve got to love nice and easy. I will have to try this next time I need to bring an appetizer somewhere.
They are so good, it’s the last part in the slow cooker that gives them that golden color and makes the soup taste so different and delicious.

Oh yes Linda, this is perfect for you because you can whatever amount of meatballs you want and you can’t add too much soup, just don’t add too little.
They looked delicious – I like anything with mushroom soup. I am easy to please.
