Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
The only Chocolate Chip Cookies I ever make is the Nestle Toll House recipe. This recipe was even used by my mom while I was growing up and has always been our family favorite.

Looks yummy! About a week ago, I searched high and low for a M&M Cookie Recipe. I gave up and used the Nestle Toll House Recipe and substituted the morsels with M&Ms.
How did they turn out? I did that and mine seemed so flat. So now I use half butter and half Crisco shortening with that recipe. It gives the M & M cookie a slightly different but delicious taste and mine seem to not flatten out as much.
They can out wonderful. Not to flat.

I have never made chocolate chip cookies myself and have always bought them instead. I’m impressed by the fact that both you and your mother have used this recipe. It sounds excellent!

I’ve never seen the Nestle Toll House brand chocolate chips before! It’s very nice to make recipes that have been passed down from your mom. And surely to be passed down all the way to your grandkids too!
